March 1st is my mommy’s birthday, and this past date was the first time Carmine has taught her “Erotic Flow” class in a while. If you know, I’ve always held the sentiment that I would nevaaaaaa forgive the folks that didn’t show up (read: put in the work) for Erotic Flow hence it being axed from her scheduled programming. Aight! I forgive them now.

As a trick loving, flo’ to ceiling funking bad bitch, I fucks with this class HEAVY. However comma, I missed the live instruction having to go scoop my lil brother from Morehouse (shout out to eldest, older sisters!)

Today though (March 10) I found the space and opportunity to take the class via recording. I favor doing recordings as much as I favor being live in class. There are pros and cons to each. Genuinely, I don’t favor either over the other. I think my commitment to my practice and to my teachers’ methods assures my brain that at some point if something needs to be corrected it will be and I’ll eat that correction when it comes.
